How long does order processing take?
All orders require up to 5 business days for processing before shipping.
 This processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
How does shipping work?
We ship all orders using USPS Standard Shipping.
 Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days within the U.S. once the package has been scanned in by USPS.
Do you accept returns?
No. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns for refunds.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Exchanges are allowed only if:
 • The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
 • The exchange is for an item of equal value
 • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?

 We will replace it at no cost to you.
Who is responsible for lost or undelivered packages?
We are not responsible for lost packages due to:
 • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
 • USPS delivery errors
 • Failure to claim packages
Customers are financially responsible for any losses that result from providing an incorrect shipping address.

Why must my billing address match my payment method?
For fraud prevention and payment security, the billing address must match the address on file with your bank or payment provider.
 Orders with mismatched billing information may be delayed or canceled.
How do preorders work?
Preordered items will ship within 5 business days after the product’s release/availability date, not at the time the order is placed.
