1. No Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds under any circumstances.
2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Exchanges must be for an item of equal value
• You must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we sent a damaged/incorrect item
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will replace it at no cost.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchanges for:
• Worn or washed items
• Items without packaging/tags
• Digital goods
• Custom or personalized items
